First impressions are important, so the condition of your road/lot paving speaks volumes.

Without proper maintenance cracks, holes and un leveling can occur.

Whether you will need Resurfacing or Repaving depends on factors specific to your pavement. To resurface asphalt pavement, the contractor will repair any cracks or other breaks in the pavement, apply a new course of asphalt over the existing pavement and then use a rolling machine to compress and smooth the new layer. Repaving is a more extensive operation, requiring the removal of existing pavement, re-grading, repairing or rebuilding the foundation and finally installing multiple courses of asphalt pavement.
